I no longer need the function of document downloads on my site and have deleted DLL but there are still files, custom posts, and options from the plugin. What is the best way to clean all this up?

    Hi @themassapothecary

Thank you for reaching out. The best way to delete them is actually manual. You can install the plugin again to see the custom posts and files more easily. First, delete the files that are attached to the documents and then delete the documents.

Since our plugin uses the built-in WordPress database tables, there is no easy way to delete all the plugin’s content in one step.

Let me know if you have further questions.

@amirition can you guide me where to find any of the files exactly?

When you create a document, you can upload a file for it in the “Document Link” box.

After this, you can locate the file in the “Media” and delete it. You can also simply click on the “Replace File” in the document edit page and delete the file.
