How to delete a blog without user

    Hi, I want to remove a wordpress.com blog because we made a local hosted WordPress website. I signed in to the account and deleted it. The website is still there. Apparently I just deleted the user. Unfortunately I can no longer restore the user and there is no other user for the website. How can I delete the website now?
