    Is it even possible to definitely exclude a visitor’s chat history? I can’t find an option for that. I was wondering that after a visitor’s first chat, in the client’s side, I mean int the browser it would be nice the chat widget to remember just the visitor’s Name and email if previously supplied.

    If a visitor returns to the site, the whole last conversation is displayed. I think the operador should have the ability to definitely close it’s conversation with the visitor, and the visitor should also be able to wipe it all out from his/her view.

    I think it makes no sense to have such persistent behavior, I mean, when a chat is closed, it is meant to be closed, right?

    Hi Adriano,

    We don’t offer this feature at the moment. The conversations are stored in the visitor’s browser and are cleared only when the browser cache is cleared.
