How to define time format in Tracking Page

    Dear,
    As you can see on the video screenshot
    – track page => indicate a status change at 3:20 (meaning in this format 3:20 AM because I use the european system)
    – back end page => indicate a status change at 15:20 (meaning 3:20 PM)

    I want the track page to indicate the time format. How to do that?
