how to defer googletag manager or load in async

I installed google tag manager plugin and it generates the url like this
<script src=”//www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=<id>” type=”text/javascript” data-cfasync=”false”></script>How can I put the this url in the settings?
I tried https://www.googletagmanager.com, https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js
but it doesn’t apply.
