How to default to a plugin menu after login

I am using the wordpress framework as a base for a cms for a project. I have created a plugin that has its own menu. I was able to remove all menus that i didnt want in the admin just showing the menu for my plugin.

What Im trying to figure out is how to have it so that when a user logs in, they are directed to the first page of the plugin menu instead of the dashboard. I dont need the dashboard to show at all. Just the first page of the plugin menu when the user logs in.

Any ideas on how to do this?
