    HELLO Team,
    when someone fills the form with the right details also it was showing a “Something went wrong, please try again.” error message.

    and I Enable the hustle to debug mode and also in wp-config file > WP_DEBUG_LOG set to true.

    But still facing the problem both embed form and pop up are not working.

    my Mailchimp integration also works fine.

    Hi @hritika

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    I tried both forms on that page and it worked fine.

    Is there any specific step that we need to take to replicate?

    If you enabled the debug mode, can you check if the debug.log was generated on wp-content folder?

    I didn’t find any log file in my Cpanel.
    and also the form works in some places doesn’t work in some places means when I trying to fill the form on my laptop it was working fine and also in my android mobile also work fine but when I try to fill in iPhone it shows an error and also my some other laptop it shows error. I don’t know why this happens

    please help me

    my problem was solved my hosting team resolved it but I dont know how they do it

    but in the end, the problem was solved
