    Hello,

I’m using Hustler integrated with Mailchimp for months and it worked perfectly well.

    Example: https://office365atwork.com/bookings/microsoft-bookings-app/

I noticed that since 2 weeks forms does not work. User after putting the name and email gets: “Something went wrong, please try again.” error message.

Based on your other recommendation I turn on debug log and turn on debugging on plugin. Unfortunately in the log I only have PHP Notice or PHP Warning and not in the time when error is generated on the page.

Other integrations with Mailchimp works well.
Creation of the new Embed from scratch does not work.
I also limit integration only to LocalList – same issue.

Could you recommend any additional debug activity that could help to nominate the source of the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @szymonbochniak,

I had a look at your site and I can see that you have a couple of console errors on there, with two “Uncaught SyntaxError” being the most serious ones and can easily be breaking the rest of the functionality on that page.

Did you made any changes on your site since the issue started happening? Like added new plugins, switched to a different theme, added some custom code, etc.

If not, it’s possible that there was an update to one of the plugins/theme on your site that causes the issue.

Can you try performing a full conflict test by disabling all plugins except Hustle and switch to default WP theme to see if the console errors are gone and if the submission is working again?
If it is, try re-activating them back one by one until the issue is back and that should tell us where the conflict is.

I suggest doing this test on a staging site or if you don’t have one make sure to have a full backup ready before testing on live installation.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Predrag ??

Thank You very much for the pushing focus on Console error messages.
In this case, WP Security plugin with Brut Force and Cookie based brute force prevention kills your App. Switching off this feature resolve the problem.

Many thanks for the rapid feedback.

    HELLO Team,
I am also Facing the Same Problem. when someone fills the form with the right details also it was showing a “Something went wrong, please try again.” error message.

and I Enable the hustle to debug mode and also in wp-config file > WP_DEBUG_LOG set to true.

But still facing the problem both embed form and pop up are not working.

my Mailchimp integration also works fine.

    Hello there @hritika

As these issues seem more like a conflict with other plugins, each user should create a separate topic so we can further troubleshoot.

Could you please proceed with a conflict test and share your findings on a new thread?
