How to debug in Woo 3.0??

I have turned wp_debug on and the stream of messages I get about WooCommerce errors in 3.0 (and above) are much harder to debug, because the error always shows in a core file (wp-includes/functions.php) instead of the file that actually caused the issue. Is there some guide to tracking down the ACTUAL file that is causing the issue??
