How to deal with spam?

    A user just signed up to my forum and created 50 posts – i banned the user but the posts remain.. do i have to manually delete all of them??

    You have to delete specific posts/topics one by one. I want to avoid a “delete all posts/topics of a user” functionality because it can destroy a complete discussion-flow when some posts refers to other specific ones which dont exist anymore.

    That sounds reasonable – altough in the event of a real spam-attack this can be tedious since there are no restrictions on maximum posts per day etc. would it be possible to have the ability to hide the posts by a banned user?

    I will keep your suggestion in mind. Maybe I can make some improvements for this.
