    Hi @pleasure94,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Our plugin deactivation works normally as other WordPress plugin does which is to visit the WordPress Plugins section and then search for our plugin and there you can just deactivate the plugin.

    If you tried the above and still having issues, then it will be great if you can share more details on what error or wrong happened there when you try to deactivate the plugin.

    No it don’t works normally. I needed to login in my control panel and to go to the folder where my plugins are and from there to delete it.
    The plugin just don’t allow you to deactivate or remove normally. Already problem solved. Will never use this plugin again!

    In case, you are still not able to deactivate or have not deleted the plugin from folders, then it will be great if you can tell us what error or warnings you are getting while deactivation. Only this can help us figure out what’s wrong with our plugin deactivation on your environment as none of our customers faced this issue earlier.
