How to deactivate Security by CleanTalk

    I’ve decided to deactivate Security subscription cause it reveals a lot of false positive files, and makes too difficult and dangerous understand what to do or not to do with this potential issues. So when i’ve deactivated the subscription in yuor dashboard, on my website, remain the access key request without any possibility to delete, or deaticate this function.

    I’m regular customer for the antispam and very satisfied, but not at all for the security scan. Can you help me to deactivate Security functions, the access key request, thank you

    Hello @digitagenti,

    I’m sorry for this issue. Please follow these steps to deactivate the Security plugin:

    1. Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
    2. Find the plugin Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate.

    Does it work?

    In addition, we’d like to investigate the issue with the false positives coming from the Malware Scanner.
