How to deactivate image compression

    Hi,
    I’m testing WP Optimize plugin in the site i’m building now, using a theme (uncode) that already has an image optimization system. When i turn the plugin on, the images loose much of their quality, even when i set it to a maximum, better quality, over file size.

    Could you please tell me how i can deactivate the image compression?

    The only way to get the original images back would be to restore from a backup. If you have the option to “Backup original image” checked you can restore the original images by clicking the button that says “Restore all compressed image”

    To stop any additional images being compressed, uncheck the option to “Automatically compress newly-added images”
