How to deactivate a plugin

  • You need FTP access.

    Using your favourite FTP software or your host file manager just find the folder for the plugin and rename it say from my-plugin-folder to Xmy-plugin-folder or old-my-plugin-folder.

    I think the folder will be in wp-content/plugins/my-plugin-folder

    You get the idea.
