My client is extremely unhappy with the current branding and copy of the emails automatically sent by Wordfence.

In particular there is an email sent to ‘Verify a login attempt for your account’.

The users for this particular website are non-native english speakers. They are getting confused by the language used and we are receiving several support emails a day due to the confusion its causing our customers.

I’ve read in forum posts (>1 year old) that customization for emails is something Wordfence have been working on. Has that progressed any further? Am I able to simply override the current emails in a child theme?

    Hi @blipdigital,

    Thank you for reaching out.

At this time, email customization is unavailable. I understand how frustrating this is for you and your customers, and will share your request with our development team.

If you decide to manually modify template text, please note that we are unable to provide direct support for that.

Lastly, you can add your own message to blocked users in the following section: Firewall > All Firewall Options > Brute Force Protection > Additional Options > Custom text shown on block pages.

    Thanks,
    Tiffany
