    You can use CSS to customize the look of just about any element on your site. You can place that CSS in your theme’s stylesheet, or in the custom CSS editor available under Appearance > Edit CSS in your dashboard.

    Jetpack’s Top Posts module is wrapped in a div using the .widget_top-posts class, so you can use that class to target the widget.
