how to customize edit profile page ?

    I am using plugin latest version. I am not seeing page of edit profile in all pages list. Can i add some text in this page?
    And edit profile page is very bad looking in small device. I have tried to set text area (td) after name fields (th) but i couldn’t do it. It is always displaying inline. Please help me to style it !
