How to customize design templates

I notice that there is template/designs folder. What is the specific instruction in order to customize these design templates?
For example in our theme, would i create a “template/designs” folder and copy the files from the plugin there? Best practice is to not edit a plugin code directly obviously so I’m curious how to do this with your plugin.

you can customize team from there option/setting panel. Juts add new team then add then your team member, select your styles like color, font-sizes, layout preset.
