How to customize approved user notification e-mail's content?

    I want to ask for your help. On my blog, I need to approve every user who’s registered on the site. After I’ve approved the specific user, a notification e-mail goes out with the following content (I’m using a localized WP version, so sorry if the translation is not 100% same with the original English WP):

    The acces is approved to this: _blog name_
    User: _user name_
    https://blog/wp-login.php

    Now I want to change this as followings:

    Dear _user name_!

    We have accepted your registration to _blog name_.

    You can now log in with the followings:
    Username: _user name_
    Password: _password_

    Best regards:
    _blog name_ team!

    https://blog/

    I hope it’s clear what I want to do and I hope you can help me guys. ??

    PS: I’ve tried a few plugins, but they were not able to customize the approved user notification e-mail, only the welcome e-mail (used when there’s no user approving).
