How to customize an order and resend new order email to customer?

  • I am trying to find a solution on how to resend the new order email to the customer. Many times a customer asks me to modify the order (add or remove products) but then I can’t send back an email with the new order.

    In the top right-hand corner of **WooCommerce > Orders > YOUR ORDER**, you’ll notice a section called “Order Actions”. In the dropdown provided, select the “Resend New Order” option and click on the “>” button to resend the email ??

    Thank you very much for your answer but this action sends only the email to the shop owner and not to the customer.
