How to customize?

    I’m using the premium version and am trying to customize my popup. I was able to successfully draft the layout and look and feel that I wanted but I’m running into two issues that I need help with:

    1. How do I add the name bos, email box and submit button on the html version – i don’t see any shortcode for these?

    2. How do I shrink the size of the box so it is not full-screen?
