How to Customise SumoMe form

Hi,
I am using SumoMe in my sites, i want to use contact form 7 in form html section, or how to build custom form with 4 to 5 fields & connect it to database becouse i built form but don’t know where all form detail will go means how to connect form to database to store form details please let me know how it will be possible, kindly reply on [email removed – do not post your email address on the forum]
