how to customise comments

Hi,

I have enabled comments on my posts.

However, I cant seem to customise. At the moment anyone can reply to my post without submitting an email or a name or using any sort of captcha.

I’ve gone into settings – discussion and checked ‘comment author must fill out name and email’ and also ‘comments must be manually approved’. But when I do a test post, it just automatically posts my reply without any moderation and there is no box to add in my email and name to make the reply.

Help!
