How to Custom Visitor name

    How can I make Visitor to enter name in ?

    Instead of preset random name.

    And display the name and store it in the backend of wordpress Admin.

    Lively has “pipes” that could be used for this purpose.

    When you send a message like this:

    What is your name? | name

    Lively will save their response as their “name”. You can save ANY attribute like this: email, phone, age, shoe size

    Is the default visitor chat material stored on Localhost?

    User information is stored an external server. This is mainly to facilitate a socket connection for real time interaction.
