How to custom batch process modify Custom Status

Thanks for the screenshots. Adding a command to the dropdown will require custom coding that extends the plugin that manages your custom status.

This is not something that we can cover here for WooCommerce core support I am afraid, since this is purely development work. I did a little research. Maybe these are helpful:

As Con mentioned before, this does seem like quite a custom setup – which would require custom code specific to your website. I couldn’t find a plugin that would do this exactly.

You seem to be getting by for now, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
