How-to: create website that allows users to leave ugc and rate criteria?

    Hi community, I am considering to set up a site which allows users to review movies with a) a comment and b) amazon-like stars, e.g. for plot, actors, … different criteria.

    Which set-up (plugins etc…) do you recommend?

    Ideally user comments are first checked before published online…
