How to create tiles with custom content?

Hi,

I’d like to create tiles similar to this: https://www.dorsetveganevents.co.uk/exhibitors—new-forest-2016.html

A picture/logo, a bit of text, and then it links to a website or Facebook page (just one link is fine).

How would I go about doing this please? I don’t really want to create each stallholder as a Post or Page since it’d cause problems with other pages ??
