How to create theme independent page template

    I am creating a plugin in which I have created a custom page template. My plugin creates a page at the time of activation and my custom page template display on this page. This is working fine.

    Now If I will change my theme, than the designing of this page will be disturbed. I don’t want to use shortcode concept here.

    Is there any way to create theme independent page templates in wordpress?
