How to create temperory login file

  • Hi
    Many times I faced issue login to WP dashboard . last issue becaouse SQLite DB . after I moved my blog to another host , wp-login.php not direct me to dashboard .
    So I asking If I can make WP-admin open temprory for MY IP only to make changes and export my blog post . and than I delete that temp login file .
    I’m not that expert on PHP so I can’t find function that’s gernerate Cookies for admin user !
