How to create subscribe popup

Hi,is it possible to make subscribe popup by free version of this plugin?or it needs shortcode of another subscribe plugin?

So in that case you would need to use a form plugin which had whichever email marketing service integrated and set on the form feed.
Then you can just add that subscriber form by shortcode into that popup settings.
