How to Create Simple Voting Application (yes, no, comments)

  • Hello, I want to add a feature on my WordPress site for the user to vote “Yes”, “No”, upon voting and write comments about their vote. I want the answer to be persisted in a database somewhere and for me to be able to retrieve the results as a simple CSV.

    This only has to happen once (I’m not trying to have many Yes, No’s or anything complex)…

    Can anyone tell me how to do this? I know Microsoft ASP scripting but not PHP and don’t really know what I’m doing.
