How to create replaceable url’s for CDN purpouses

    Hello,

    I would like to have my theme/plugin W3 Total Cache CDN compatible.

    I want W3 Total Cache to be able to replace all url’s used in my theme/plugin with the url defined in:

    Configuration: Objects
    Replace site’s hostname with: cdn.mydomain.com

    I tried using site_url(), content_url(), home_url() but somehow they all point to the original mydomain.com instead of cdn.mydomain.com.

    How can I achieve my goal?
