How to create Pro Shortcuts?

I have the plugin installed and it works fine. However, there are no instructions or settings for creating custom shortcuts, like the description says:

“[W]ith custom keyboard shortcuts, you can assign a shortcut to any common task, like inserting an image or changing a post’s category.”

How do I do this?
