How to create new page navigation

    Hi,

    I would like to get rid of the ‘Older posts/Newer Posts’ links and replace same by page navigation like with the wp-pagenavi plugin.

    I cannot figure out how to proceed. Seems like I need to amend the template-tags.php file.

    Please help.
