How to create new input fields for the inbound messages

First of all, thank you for these plugins!

I’ve read https://contactform7.com/save-submitted-messages-with-flamingo/, but I don’t seem to find the way (if it exists) to create other input fields than the three default ones.

Ideally I would have something like this:

flamingo_name: “[your-name]
flamingo_family_name: [your-familiy-name]”
flamingo_mail: “[your-email]”
flamingo_city: “[your-city]”
flamingo_checkbox: “[checkbox-198]”

Is this possible?

Right now I have this:

flamingo_subject: “[your-name] [your-familiy-name]”
flamingo_mail: “[your-email]”
flamingo_name: “[your-city] [checkbox-198]”

But it’s not great because I’m mixing different information under a totally unrelated title.
