How to Create New Category?

  • I’m using the American football version and would like to create additional categories other than offense and defense (i.e. passing, rushing, receiving, etc). How can I do this? I’ve looked through the documentation, did a search and looked through 10 pages of questions on here :(. Thanks!

    Hi @majesty95,

    Offense and Defense are used to categorize the position of a player.

    Passing, Rushing etc, are Event stats, correct? So you can create them from SporsPress -> Configure and use them to add more statistics to your players.

    No, I’m asking for categories like offense and defense. I know how to create the stats, that’s not what I’m asking. How do I create more categories like offense and defense i.e. special teams or if I want to separate passing stats from rushing stats, etc.

    Unfortunately that is not possible with current version of SportsPress.
