How to Create my fist post ?!

I eventually created a new account, but I can create any post…

I tried to follow instructions https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1540-how-to-allow-member-to-write-posts but it failed to change anything.

I can not acces mywebsite.com/wp-admin, it leads to home page.
I didn’t forget to change roles for my new user.
