how to create multiple menus on front page in wordpress

    I have long topic title so users can lookup and find easily in search engines. Anyway.

    I need to create “3 Square Blocks” with links in it. How can I achive it, upon clicking it should go to specific page. Can I just create 3 tables and have html href included in it? or does any one have better idea on creating dynamic menu on front page?

    Am using 2011 wordpress theme ??

    Love wordpress.
