• Hello, I’ve been struggling to create a map based on coordinates.

    My coordinates are 36.302222,59.603333.

Looking this up on gmap is a breeze. I just past “36.302222,59.603333” into search box and popups the map: https://www.google.com/maps/@36.302222,59.603333,2492m/data=!3m1!1e3?hl=en-US with a marker already on it.

But haven’t been able to figure out how to make your plugin work with coordinates yet.

ENTER LOCATION field does not recognize coordinates. It seems to only recognize addresses written out.

Putting coordinates in latitude and longitude boxes seems to work but then there is no marker. The map moves to that location but there is no marker.

Is there a way to be able to drop coordinates and have the plugin show the location with a marker?

Hello, I worked some more on this.

My finding is that only way to make a map using coordinates is to enter the coordinates in the MAP LOCATION in the DISPLAY OPTIONS box.

    Then press ENTER.

The maps moves to those coordinates.

But there is a catch and a big one: there is no marker.

Am I correct? Or something wrong with the way I’m doing this? Please advice if there is a way to input coordinates and get a map with a marker.

    Thanks.
