How to create LP related pages again?

I have accidently and permanently deleted all the related pages of LP.
So when I visited the Settings>Pages or Settings>checkout, it shows nothing.
Then I recreated the pages with original slug i.e https://vsagar.org/lp-checkout, etc. but there is still the same problem.
When I got to Settings>Pages or Settings>checkout, it shows nothing.
I tried to delete the plugin and install again, but the problem is still there.
Please help.
I can’t figure out what to do…
I’m also constantly getting following message on the top of dashboard:

The following required page(s) are currently missing: Profile Page and Checkout Page. Please click to the link to set it up, ensure all functions work properly.

Please help
