How to create list based on custom field?

    I have added several custom user meta fields to user profiles.
    The plugin’s list configure page table shows these fields at the bottom. But the only editable text box for any of them is the position, all else is blank.
    How can I create a list from my members belonging to “company” (custom field) “Widgets” (entry)?

    In a list Give the new field a ‘column number’ , click UPDATE
    then other options become available.
