How to create HTML in Excerpt

I want for each post a little summery to display at the post “overview”
Example:
Tour Duration: 3 hours
Tour Description: …..

I saw I could use Excerpt to create this.
When using this the content has been all put behind each other.
(Even not using the excerpt, the content is also displaying that way)

I surfed the web for any code how to display or any widget but not sure were to look or how to change certain code.

Somebody any advice?
