How to Create Home page with blog posts

    I am using the clear line theme and it did not come with a page for my blog posts. If you go to my website https://www.healthextremist.com the blog posts come up. But I want to create a page that can be in the bar below my header (next to about me, contact me)so you can click on it to go back to the blog posts.

    I added the page titled “Home” but I can’t find a way to make my posts appear there.
    Hope I am describing this right.
