How to create header titles within product list to segment list of products

Hi there,

I have created a number of categories which each include a series of products. Within each category I would like to create 3 sub categories to split the product range. I can do this and it works, however I would like all products to be shown under the original category, but they should be split by 3 headers. Rather than seeing 3 separate subcategories that the user has to navigate into individually.
