How to create folder and delete images

Then, just choose a file on the plugin or theme page and add in an optional image folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l0j4hfwf7gzfhvr/Screenshot%202016-01-13%2021.39.33.png?dl=0

If the folder does not exist on the server it will be created.
