How to create e-bidding marketplace

  • I’d like to use WordPress to create a marketplace where users can request a service on the portal and then selected registered suppliers are requested to send an offer.
    The client has then to accept one and the deal is done.
    Is there anything similar as free or premium WP plugin or theme?
