How to create department

To create a phone number field, you would need the “Custom Fields” module of the Pro version:

I know your Calendar function but i mean that my company have some departments, and each departments have some positions to create shifts, and each potisons have employees.
I want to create some schedules in some pages, example Page A will show Department A with Calendar is position a b c d e,
Page B will show Department B with Calendar is position x y z ….
Each pages with each Departments and calendar by using shortcode like :
[shiftcontroller4 DepB] or [shiftcontroller5,6,7,8 …]

At the moment the calendars is the only level to create hierarchy. So if you have “Department B” with positions “X”, “Y”, “Z”, you will need to create a calendar for each combination, like this:
“Department B – X” (id: 11), “Department B – Y” (id: 12), “Department B – Z” (id: 13).

Then if you want to display a subset of calendars on a page with shortcode, you can make use of the “calendar” shortcode parameter, specifying the id(s) of the calendar(s), like this:
[shiftcontroller4 calendar=”11,13″]
