How to Create Custom Page Transitions

    I would like to add page transitions to individual pages for WordPress. So if a visitor clicks on “Biography” a cut out photo will crawl across the screen to help the transition. Ideally I’d like different types of transitions for each page. Does anyone know the best way to do this? Is there a plugin? Or what would be the best way to implement the code into the theme? Right now I don’t have a specific theme, and may end up making my own, so I’m really looking for the most effective way to get this accomplished.
