How to create custom layout for related posts

Hi, i have small task to do. I would like to change layout a little bit. The first thing I want to achieve is to create post header above the image, not under it. The second one is to create custom “read more” button under the image which will lead to this particulat post. The button will be styled later with css. Any ideas how to make that possible. I really appreciate for any help.
