HOW TO CREATE CUSTOM HOME?

    I am creating a classifieds site which will multisites for each different city. I would like to when they access my home page, display only a dropdown menu for the user to choose which site you want to access.

    So far so good, already I have a plugin that creates this menu. However, I wanted to replace the original theme of the homepage, this personalized home page. Any blank page that I can personalize with logo and insert PHP code <? Php echo do_shortcode (‘[dms]’); ?> That the plugin generates.

    How do I create this page?
